Two cards and a Gingerbread Train......

Hi all,well I finally have a little time to show you some cards I made a few weeks ago.Both were commissioned cards, I was given a few ideas on what was wanted but was also told they trust me and would be happy with what I did.Well,lucky for me they loved them and it might be that they have ordered a few cards off me now and I know what they want.I have a few other cards to show as well,but will leave them for another day.I have also started this years chrissy cards and have already completed six of them,OMG yep an early start for me I need minimum 80 cards this year and I certainly do not want a repeat of last year,so straight to the chrissy cards for me.I will post them as soon as I get a photo of them.And last but not least,a photo of the gingerbread train my girls put together and decorated.I must say they did a wonderful job considering they didn't have a piping bag and just snipped the corner of a plastic bag.These kits are fabulous,everything you need is in the kit...........we also have a gingerbread house we did not get done,so we might do that one soon.Well best be off it is getting late,thanks for stopping by.

Creatalicious Easter Challenge

Good morning all,its time for another challenge at Creatalicious and with easter well on its way we would like you to create something for

Easter and include the colours pink,green,yellow and blue.

For my card I used some papers I have had for quite some time,the edges have been sponged with vintage sepia and then covered with stardust stickles.The flowers are available at Bizzy Becs.

Followers Christmas Card Challenge

Hi all,I have some chrissy cards to show today,using a Bugaboo image.As you can see by the ticker at the top of my blog,I need to make at least 120 chrissy cards.So what I have decided to do is help you all out while helping myself,I am always behind with my Christmas cards and I do not want to be behind this year.So I am going to make my cards in lots of five and challenge you to do the same.They can be all the same or all different, clean and simple is probably best,but that is up to you.When you have made your five cards link to the linky below.Please make new cards and no back linking,this challenge is only open to my followers and I have one rubber stamp for the winner,which will be drawn by randomn org.Below is the rubber stamp you could win.

Another Bugaboo Christmas

Ok I'm back with another chrissy card,but before I get onto my card I just want to tell you what I did yesterday.I said I was going on the treadmill for an hour,well I did go on the treadmill but only for 30 min and I decided to use the Wii EA sports pack for the rest of my exercise.My daughter told me to do the high impact and well stupid me did.Who said exercising with these is easy,well my legs from top to bottom,my shoulders and back are so sore today and they were actually sore after I finished as well.....lol....I think it was the inline skating that did it.The lower you squat the faster you go and then when you get to a ramp you have to jump,well I didn't think the damn thing was going to end......lol.......and I was so determined to finish.But  that was not all after a few other exercises I had to do the darn skating again,let me tell you the body almost packed it in.......lol......Well,I had to go shopping today because I am so behind with everything for christmas.I was so slow walking up the stairs and getting in and out of the car, and because of that I am still deciding whether I should get on the treadmill or not.I also have a formal function to go to tomorrow evening and I want to be able to walk and in heels....lol....Thats enough from me,I did get a little carried away.This card is another simple card using another fabulous Bugaboo image and you can get him here.I have used my new Whiff of Joy Snowflake Trio die and covered the snowflakes in Diamond Dust,the die and digi ticket are  available at Bizzy Becs.Enjoy your evening.

A Bugaboo Christmas

Hi all,I tried to visit you last night, but my internet when down,so I decided to clean my messy desk and boy it hasn't looked this good in months.Anyway here is my next chrissy card,I am behind in making my cards, so I  have been trying to keep them clean and simple.Well I tried to keep this one as simple as possible,but just couldn't help myself,I had to add the swirl and poinsettia....lol.....and now I am much happier with it.The image is from Bugaboo and you can get it here,they also have 50% off for November only.So if you want something best get it now as you may only have a few hours left before the sale ends.The Digi ticket,Magnolia swirl die and Poinsettia die were all purchased at Bizzy Becs.Bizzy Becs also has a christmas sale on at the moment,so hop on over there before you miss out.Well best be off,got to get dinner ready and get on that treadmill for an hour.Thanks for stopping by.

A Bugaboo Christmas

Hi all,I hope you had a good weekend........I can't believe this is the first chance I have had to post over the last couple of days.I have been trying to get some commenting in personal and DT,I am also going through our cupboards and getting rid of alot of things(spring cleaning).I had a new fridge delivered,so had to empty the old and we are doing a little rennovation on our kitchen to make it a little bigger.I don't know how I am going to get all the chrissy cards made, and not creating over the last couple of days has put me back a little.Anyway,onto my cards,I started these a few weeks ago and I almost finished them last week when I realised I had no red cardstock left.....lol......So, I have completed them as far as I can go, and when I get my red cardstock I can just attach them to the card bases.I have used Bugaboos cute little Bobblehead Elf and it is so quick to colour.I like to make my christmas cards simple as I do have to make some for myself,a friend has asked for 20 and another friend usually asks for 50 and OMG Christmas is sneaking right up on me again.I do like to make a few special ones,so will have to get to those as well.Thanks for stopping by,and enjoy your week.

Freebie Friday at Bugaboo and My Last Bugaboo DT Card

Hi all,yes you read it right,this is my last Bugaboo DT card.............sniff,sniff.I totally love Bugaboo and am upset that I have decided to leave the team.This team is one awesome team and WOW they make you feel right at home and a part of the family.Some of you may remember from previous posts that I am scrapbooking my nephews holidays,well I started this in January and so far have only completed six,yes six pages............and he is now on another holiday as I type this.So this is his 3rd,4th,or 5th holiday,not really sure as I have lost count....lol.....So as you can see,something had to give,so that I could scrapbook not only my nephews albums.....but my own as well. Anything But A Card at Bugaboo

Hi all,firstly I need to apologise for all the posts you did have in your google reader.I updated some of my labels to include Christmas,Birthday etc so it is easier to find things.And yes,I am at it again I have changed my blog background......there are so many nice ones around I just like to look at something different....lol.....Now onto my creation and as you can tell it could not be a card,so as I am behind in my scrapbooking I decided to do a scrapbook page.I have used another Inspired Blueprints sketch,(though it is an old one)I love these sketches and I might just be able to catch up on my scrapbooking,if I keep using them.I have also used one of the Flower Bears from Bugaboo and made it look like she is peeking out from behind all the flowers.You cannot see,but I have also covered the pink flower hat in stickles,it is so pretty IRL.Well thats it for now,enjoy your week.

Christmas in July at Bugaboo

Oldie but Goodie Day at Bugaboo

Good evening,I am recovering from my flu and should hopefully be my oldself by the end of the weekend.Yeahhhhh I am so relieved,now I can enjoy the holidays with my family.Well onto today's card,I have used one of Jodie's cute little Bugaboo brats,which I think are perfect for baby cards.I am not really happy with this card,this was made while I was sick and I just wasn't in the mood for making another.I have this feeling that something is missing from it,oh well it's a card to show and I will have to move onto the next.Don't forget Jodie at Bugaboo has a 50% off storewide sale and it runs until 5th July.Enjoy the rest of your week.

Oldie but Goodie Day at Bugaboo

Good evening,today is oldie but goodie day at Bugaboo......where the DT get to showcase some of the older but not forgotten images.I chose this little cutie,I didn't have any get well cards in my stash so thought this would be the perfect opportunity to make a get well card for my stash.You get the sentiment with this image and I have merged them together using Microsoft Office Word.I have embossed and inked the edges of the punched flowers and have also used stickles on some of the flowers and the wings.The rhinestones,rosebuds and doily all came from Bizzy Becs.Don't forget to stop by the Bugaboo blog and check out the fabulous creations by the rest of the DT.Well off to do more blog hopping,it is taking me a while as it is just making me feel more tired, but I am getting there.Thanks for stopping by.

Bugaboo Catch the Bug - Show Your Team Colours Challenge

Hi all,sorry I have been away a while.I have been getting bad headaches over the last week and a half,I think lack of sleep,not drinking much water,exercising and looking at a computer screen were all just making it worse.I am feeling much better now,but will try and spend my time on the computer in little bits throughout the day.I will still be blogging and visiting you all,but it may have to be over a few days.

New Release Day at Bugaboo

Good morning and yes I can't believe it's new release day at Bugaboo again.Jodie has created these fantastic giraffe block images and you can use them for just about anything.I have made a thankyou card and a bookmark to slip inside the card.These images would make fab invitations as well,it took me a while to complete this as I really had no idea what I wanted to do.Well I am happy with the end result and thats all that matters.I have only used three of the seven images available,check out the amazing creations from the rest of the DT here.If you would like to purchase these images you can get them here and don't forget to look at the bottom of the page because Jodie has also listed a bundled price saving you money.I have used some gorgeous rhinestones for the flower centres in a brown colour and they are available from Bizzy Becs,I just can't get enough of these sparkly rhinestones.......I love them.Well it's very early morning here and I should be in bed with the lack of sleep I have had,so will see you all tomorrow.Thanks for stopping by.

Good evening all,its nearly the weekend here and I will be going out to dinner and a movie tomorrow night with some friends and am looking forward to it. New Release Day at Bugaboo

Anything But A Card at Bugaboo

Good evening,I hope all of you had a wonderful Mother's Day and had time to relax or craft.Well,I did the washing,not very exciting........but hubby was at work and well the sun was out so I took advantage of that.Now onto my Bugaboo DT creation,it was my turn to make anything but a card and I chose to make a cupcake box.It is the first time I have made one of these and I had alot of fun making it.Cards are usually all I make as I find anything like boxes etc, never get used, they just hang around and collect dust(I know how bad is that).But,after making this I am sure I will make more,they make a fabulous little gift for a teacher or friend.Don't you just love the Bugaboo cupcake image,I had to use the one with a strawberry......YUMMO.If you love this Bugaboo cupcake image there are plenty more to choose from and you can get them here.BTW just in case you are wondering,there is a large wholemeal banana muffin inside the box.........which is now in the belly of my hubby and 4 year old.....lol.....

Well I have been to the gym and now I am getting on my treadmill,before I settle in for the evening.I only have another 4kg to loose and I am trying to push myself, so I can finish my diet and just start concentrating on maintaining my weight.I must say,I am now enjoying life alot more.I am not spending so much time in front of the computer or my craft desk(nothing wrong with that),but it was all I ever did,I never really wanted to go out and I always had trouble finding nice things to wear.Now I can wear so many things and even skinny jeans are looking pretty good.....lol....so now I am trying to balance cleaning,crafting and going out.If you have been thinking of dieting and haven't been sure,I say DO IT.......it will change your life for the better.It is hard work,but the end results are so worth it.Well that's enough chatter from me........I will be by later to see what you have been up to.
