Birthday Card

I can't believe it has been nearly 2 years since I have made a card. Life gets busy and there is always something that needs to be done. It is my daughters birthday today and so I decided it was time for my girls to get the homemade cards that they love. My new years resolution to use all my crafting goodies that I spent so much money on, it is ridiculous how much you accumulate, I may even have to sell some. Anyway, have a great day all.

Drawer Box with Easel Card

Hi all,I can't believe it's already been a week since my last post,WOW does time fly.This Drawer Box with Easel Card was made for my dear friend's daughter,it is her birthday this month.I have been wanting to make one of these for such a long time,and I decided now was the time, as we have bought her a few dress jewellery necklaces and they will fit perfectly in this.My friend and her girls will be visiting tomorrow to spend the day with us,and we are planning on making some chrissy cards,I just hope I can get alot done to put into my stash.Anyway,I will be giving this to the recipient tomorrow and I do have a feeling that she will be really pleased with this.Well must be off,I still have to exercise,make some sweets and do a little bit of a tidy up.....nothing like the last minute rush.Thanks for stopping by.

Challenge Time

Hi all,I hope you have been enjoying your week.This is the first of a few commissioned cards I have to make,the colours and image were selected by the recipient and this is what I came up with.I am pretty pleased with the result, considering I have practically nothing in that shade of blue.I was determined to get some challenges in this time,it has been months since I have been able to join in with any challenges.I don't know about anyone else,but I always seem to be short of time at the moment.........hopefully that changes soon.Mandy did comment in my last post and suggested no sleep, I did try that, but it did eventually catch up with me.....lol.....Thanks anyway Mandy......lol.......Well best be off to comment,get some sleep so I can get  the other cards started(yeah right) and start my posts ready for the New Blue Butterfly release(so keep an eye out it starts on the 18th Feb).Thanks for stopping by.

Naughty or Nice ?

Hi all,OMG I can't believe I have hardly posted over the last two weeks.I have been really busy with some DT things,I can't tell you yet what it is,but something is exciting is happening at Bizzy Becs so keep a look out.I have also done some cleaning and every night I read to my 4 year old and then she wants me to lie down with her until she falls asleep,well guess who also falls asleep.....lol......,all these late nights are catching up with me.Anyway,I had some time to do a card for me,I have had this image sitting on my desk for a few days and have been itching to colour it...........I just love these sexy images.I purchased the Kenny K Christmas pack which came with these accessories,I merged the Santa hat and present with Lady Raven one of the Gothik Angelz.The papers are digi papers I purchased from Bearly Mine Designs and these ones are the Christmas Dreams set.The oval nestabilities and Magnolia Poinsettia die were purchased from Bizzy Becs and the sentiment is a freebie available at Bizzy Becs store blog,as soon as I saw it I knew it would be perfect for these images.Well it is late again and I am getting tired,looking forward to seeing what you have all been up to tomorrow.Enjoy your day.

Kenny K's Krafty Girlz Challenge #7

Good afternoon,well this is a record for me I have been able to do another challenge.This time I have made a card for Kenny K's Krafty Girlz Challenges,it is Fathers Day soon here in Australia so I thought I'd better get my hubby's card made before I get any more requests from friends.....lol.....I think this image was Kenny K's first freebie and lucky for me I was able to get it,my hubby loves golf, so it was perfect for his card.I have also purchased a few of Kenny K's images,I just have to find time to use them.I don't know about all of you,but I am finding digi images very addictive and far too easy to get.......lol.......I have so many, that  I probably won't  get to use them all in my lifetime, and I still keep buying ones that I just have to have.Well,at least they are there waiting for me.Anyway must go,I have to get on the treadmill,keep an eye on my 4yo and get dinner ready.I will be back to check on your blogs after she goes to bed..........thats when I get my peace and quiet....lol....Enjoy your evening.

Kenny K's Gothic Angel

Good afternoon,I am finally back with a card.......I purchased a few of Kenny K's digi's the other day and just couldn't wait to colour one.WOW,I love these images and I am sure the male recipients will to....lol....I have made this card for a male so wanted to keep embellies to a minimum,which was hard to do and with me not having many masculine papers made it a little harder.But,I finally got there and this is the end result.I used this weeks sketch from Sketch Saturday and am going to enter the challenge.The sentiment is computer generated and is a flame font. It was supposed to be red and black,but my printer is playing up and not printing colours and this is not the first time.So,looks like I am up for a new printer,well could be a good thing as I am sure a new one will print my dig's a little crisper than the one I have.Anyway,I have also decided to enter Kenny K's challenge for the first time and the challenge is "On the Dark side".Well,have a good evening and thanks for stopping by.
